PURPOSE: An electro-optical device and an electronic device are provided to desirably keep an electro-optical panel and efficiently discharge heat. CONSTITUTION: The first holding member(310) holds an electro-optical panel to partially cover a side of the electro-optical panel(100). A heat discharging unit(325) is installed on a side opposite to a side contacting the electro-optical panel in the second holding member. A gap is formed between the first holding member and the second holding member. The first holding member is adhered to part of a substrate for preventing dusts which contacts a display side of the electro-optical panel. |
