摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid desiccant regenerating apparatus or the like capable of improving regeneration efficiency and thereby improving efficiency of the entire system. <P>SOLUTION: A desiccant solution (solution, hereinafter) is separately supplied to a high stage regenerator 21 and a low stage regenerator 22, and the high stage regenerator 21 heats the solution by a heating source 21a to regenerate it and supplies steam generated by the heating of the solution to a condenser 23. While the condenser 23 brings the steam from the high stage regenerator 21 into direct contact with a heat transfer fluid circulating between the condenser 23 and the low stage regenerator 22 to condense and liquefy it to a part of the heat transfer fluid, it heats the transfer fluid. The low stage regenerator 22 has the configuration such that a plurality of plates 22a having a path where the heat transfer fluid passes through in the inside are arranged side by side with gaps and the solution flows down along the respective outer surfaces of the respective plates 22a to form a liquid film, brings regeneration air passing through the gaps between the respective plates 22 into contact with the heated solution while heat-exchanging the solution with the heat transfer fluid heated in the condenser 23 inside and outside the plates 22a, and regenerates the solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
