<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the luminous intensity to a very high degree, while directly using an AC power source. <P>SOLUTION: In an AC current light-emitting diode 1 with a constant-current diode 311, which includes a substrate 11; a bridge-type rectifying unit 13; a constant-current module 3; and a light emitting diode chip 4, and is electrically coupled with an AC power source 12, the bridge-type rectifying unit 13 is constituted by being coupled with a plurality of diodes 131 and is provided in the substrate 11; the constant-current module is combined to the substrate 11 and includes, at least one constant-current diode 311 and electrically coupled with an output end of the bridge-type rectifying unit 13; and the light-emitting diode chip 4 is provided in the substrate 11 and is electrically coupled with the constant-current module 3. The AC power 12 is fed to the light-emitting diode chip 4 by electrically coupling the input end of the bridge-type rectifying unit 13 with the AC power source 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
