<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an air conditioning system diagnostic device diagnosing and monitoring problems of a refrigeration cycle and a universal network in a single device by automatically analyzing the refrigeration cycle and obtaining/automatically analyzing waveform data of a telegram message passing through the universal network based on the results of the analysis. <P>SOLUTION: A trigger output means 106 produces a trigger based on an analysis result and a waveform analysis condition 1052 of a packet received from a telegram analysis means 102. A waveform input means 107 receives the trigger and reads out the waveform data accumulated in a buffer. A waveform analysis means 108 informs a synchronization determining means 109 of the analysis result of the received waveform data.
