PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel and an electronic device with the liquid crystal panel attaining high image quality. SOLUTION: The drain of a pixel transistor 11 is connected to an image signal line SLn, and the gate of the pixel transistor 11 is connected to a gate line GLm. A pixel electrode 13 and a first capacitor 16 are connected in parallel with the source of the pixel transistor 11. A second capacitor 18 is provided in parallel with the first capacitor 16 via an auxiliary transistor 17, and the drain and the gate of the auxiliary transistor 17 are connected to the source of the pixel transistor 11. Furthermore, the source of the auxiliary transistor 17 is connected to one end of the second capacitor 18. Since the other end potential of the second capacitor 18 is set as common potential or higher, charges are accumulated in the second capacitor 18, only when voltage of positive polarity is applied to the pixel transistor 11.
