PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sounding structure and a power generation structure for reducing material costs and shortening manufacturing processes. SOLUTION: The sounding structure 1 includes a conductive polymer film 3, and first and second electrodes 4, 5 to which a sound signal is imparted. In this case, the first and second electrodes 4, 5 are installed while abutting on the same surface of the conductive polymer film 3, and at least one of the first and second electrodes 4, 5 abuts on the conductive polymer film 3 and at the same time travels relatively to the conductive polymer film 3.
