PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fraudulent attempts committed by intentionally causing mobile members to malfunction. SOLUTION: When game balls move forward to the second approach port installed on a variable winning device, a mobile member moves to its lower inclining position from the upper horizontal position to guide the game balls to a rotating body passing through the mobile member. In this case, a mobile member drive motor is driven as set at the step S553 to start the movement of the mobile member. Thereafter, the execution of the operation at the step S558 is suspended until the time for invalidating the detection of a sensor set at the step S555 is determined to pass at the step S557 even if a lower positioned sensor may be turned on to detect the mobile member at the step S556 and then, the mobile member is driven.
