PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information related to the viability of myocardial cells by using an X-ray image. SOLUTION: An image extracting part 26b extracts the systolic X-ray image and diastolic X-ray image with the highest opacification in the myocardial region from a plurality of X-ray images in temporal sequence stored in an image data storing part 25 based on the cardiac phase of a subject P obtained by a cardiac phase obtaining part 26a. An image deforming part 26c generates a systolic deformed image and diastolic deformed image from the systolic X-ray image and diastolic X-ray image in an image deformation process so that the size and position of the extracted heart of the subject P match in a prescribed rage. A proportional image generating part 26d generates a proportional image with a calculated proportion as the pixel value by dividing the pixel values of the corresponding pixels in the systolic deformed image and diastolic deformed image.
