PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply filter device capable of cleaning sufficiently an air filter without contaminating an indoor space, when cleaning the filter. SOLUTION: This air supply filter device includes a filter unit arranged with the filter 2 to partition an inner space of an outer shell, and formed with a suction port and a delivery port, and a filter unit attaching device provided with a suction side connection part 4 for communication-connecting an outdoor side duct 3, and a delivery side connection part 8 for communication-connecting an indoor side duct 7 connected to a suction port 6 of a ventilator 5 installed under the roof, and fixed onto an indoor side wall face 10a, and the filter 2 is moved to a place easy to be cleaned and is cleaned sufficiently without falling down dust or the like deposited onto the filter 2 in the indoor space, by attaching detachably the filter unit to the filter unit attaching device, while communicating respectively the suction port with the suction side connection part 4, and the delivery port with the delivery side connection part 8.
