摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting thermal displacement of a ball screw which does not cause a problem of erroneous detection derived from adhesion of a moisture component or an oil component and is excellent in reliability. SOLUTION: The device for detecting the thermal displacement of the ball screw 7 has one side end that is rotatably immovably supported in an axial direction and the other end side that is rotatably movably supported in the axial direction. A sensor rod 42 of a linear sensor 40 is mounted at the end surface on the other end side of the ball screw 7 to indirectly or directly contact with it. Thermal displacement is detected in a state that the end surface of the ball screw 7 and the sensor rod 42 are in contact with each other, so that the problem of the erroneous detection caused by the adhesion of the moisture component, the oil component or the like to the end surface on the other end side of the ball screw 7 that is not avoidable in a case using a conventional electromagnetic induction sensor as a detection element is not caused, and the device for detecting the thermal displacement excellent in reliability is obtained. Rigid positioning work to the center of the end surface of the ball screw 7 is not required as the electromagnetic induction sensor, so that it contributes to the cost reduction of the device for detecting the thermal displacement.
