摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer management system for warning a member of the possibility of exceeding a limit of ball storing amount when the member stops a game and stores the entire amount of his/her own balls. SOLUTION: When a unit 2 receives an instruction for ejecting a member card, the unit 2 sends identification information read from a member card 1 and calculated own ball information to a server 4. When the server 4 receives these information, the server 4 retrieves stored ball information of the member based on the identification information, and the retrieved stored ball information and the received own ball information are added for comparing and determining whether an added value exceeds a limit value of stored balls. When the added value exceeds, the server 4 sends a signal for restricting ejection of the member card. When the unit 2 receives the signal for restricting ejection of the member card, the unit 2 restricts ejection of the member card 1 and announces that the limit value of stored balls are exceeded if all the amount of the own balls are stored.
