METHOD AND NETWORK ENTITY FOR ENABLING USER TERMINALS TO DEMODULATE DATA CORRECTLY

A method and a network entity which enables user terminals to demodulate received data correctly in a mobile communication system are provided. In this invention, the data can be sent through the second channel or through both the first channel and the second channel; the user terminal can only obtain the first channel estimation or the combined channel estimation of the first channel and the second channel. The method includes that: the data is applied with pseudo channel pre-coding before sent through the second channel, so the user terminal can demodulate the received data correctly using the first channel estimation or the combined channel estimation of the first channel and the second channel. According to this invention, the user terminal can demodulate the received data correctly using obtained channel estimation without any modification to the user terminal.
