PURPOSE: An electromagnetic induction heating cooker is provided to prevent products from being deformed or damaged by operating the products only when a magnetic inner pot is mounted. CONSTITUTION: A substrate is mounted inside a body(110) and senses an inner pot by using current difference of an induction coil. A coil base(120) receives the inner pot. A fixing terminal is arranged on the lower side of the coil base and is connected to the substrate through a wire. A sensor body(130) passes through the lower center of the coil base. The sensor body is vertically moved by the pressure of the inner pot. A moving member(140) has a moving terminal and senses the inner pot by the conduction with the fixing terminal.
