SCREW-PRESSING TYPE APPARATUS USING MICRO-WAVE

PURPOSE: A screw-pressing type apparatus using micro-wave is provided to reduce a dry time while saving energy by removing moisture from waste rubber. CONSTITUTION: A screw-pressing type apparatus using micro-wave includes a chamber(10), a hopper(20), a transfer unit(30), a magnetron(40), a waste-heat recovery unit. Waste rubber and resin are inputted into the chamber through a hopper which is installed in one side of the chamber. The magnetron installed on the top of the chamber is moved and radiates microwave the waste rubber and resin. A screw blade is compressed to remove the moisture from the waste rubber and resin which are transferred. The waste-heat recovery unit collects the heat from the magnetron and supply it inside the chamber.
