PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a meticulous reading rate of indicating a displayed range out of a full range of a web page, in a client terminal.

SOLUTION: A meticulous reading rate calculating program is transmitted to the client terminal 300, to analyze a source data that is a data for displaying a web page, and to calculate a display position of each display item. A web browser of the client terminal 300 transmits read-in display position information to a meticulous reading rate measuring device 500, based on the meticulous reading rate calculating program. The meticulous reading rate measuring device 500 determines the meticulous reading rate, based on the received display position information.
