<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid preparation for oral administration containing a protein exhibiting its physiological activity in digestive tracts lower than duodenum. <P>SOLUTION: The preparation for oral administration is produced by coating a lactoferrin which is a physiologically active protein activating immunological competence and exhibiting analgesic anti-inflammatory action, immunoglobulin, lysozyme, etc., with an enteric coating film containing a base agent selected from a group consisting of shellac, zein, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose phthalate, carboxymethyl ethyl cellulose, cellulose acetate phthalate, methacrylic acid copolymer, water-insoluble ethylcellulose and aminoalkyl methacrylate copolymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
