TRANSFER DEVICE OF HIGH VISCOSITY MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device of a high viscosity material capable of transferring a high-viscosity molded material obtained by molding at relatively-small transfer pressure by making the high viscosity material such as a dewatered cake pushed out from a transfer pump pass through a molding section and pushed out into a transfer pipe having a cross section larger than the cross section of an internal hole of the molding section.

SOLUTION: The transfer device 90 of the high-viscosity material transfers the molded dewatered cake 93 in a predetermined transfer direction through transfer piping 96 connected to the molding section 92 where the molded dewatered cake is molded by pushing out the high viscosity material such as the dewatered cake 91 at the transfer pump 8 made to pass through the molding section 92 and pushed out from the molding section 92. In the transfer device, an inlet 98 of the transfer piping 96 is expanded to be larger in diameter than an outlet of the molding section 92 so that it is larger than a circular cross section perpendicular to a push-out direction of the molded dewatered cake 93 pushed out from the outlet of the molding part 92.
