<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transmitting in a wireless network comprising a plurality of base stations and at least one mobile terminal, the plurality of base stations transmitting frames at the same frequency. <P>SOLUTION: In order to optimize the size of a frame header, the method comprises the steps of: transmitting, by a first set comprising at least two base stations, at least a first part (5011) of the frame header on a same first physical channel comprising at least a first temporal interval; and transmitting, by at least a second set comprising at least one base station, at least one second part(5012, 5022, 5032, 5042) of the frame header on a second physical channel comprising at least one second temporal interval different from the first temporal interval, the at least one second set being different from, but included in, the first set.
