<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of operating an organic waste water treatment facility, capable of suppressing sludge outflow from a final sedimentation tank when raw water flowing into the waste water treatment facility rapidly increases in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The organic waste water treatment facility includes an initial sedimentation tank for settling and removing solid matters in the raw water, an aerobic biological treatment tank for decomposing organic matters in supernatant water in the initial sedimentation tank by activated sludge and the final sedimentation tank for settling and removing sludge from the supernatant water in the biological treatment tank, wherein in the case that the flow rate of the raw water exceeds a prescribed flow rate, the aeration amount of the biological treatment tank is made smaller than a prescribed amount and the amount of the sludge flowing out from the final sedimentation tank is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
