<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a resin emulsion useful for producing toners. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes processes for forming an emulsion liquid by melt mixing a resin in the presence of an organic solvent, optionally adding a surfactant to the resin, adding a basic agent and water to the resin and subjecting the resin, the basic agent and water to soundwave mixing at about 15-2,000 Hz frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
