PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic wave filter having a balanced/unbalanced conversion function capable of improving balancing. SOLUTION: An elastic wave filter 200 includes: an unbalanced signal terminal 211; and first and second balanced signal terminals 212, 213. First to fifth IDTs 201-205 are disposed in order in a direction along which elastic waves propagate. The first IDT 201 and the first split comb-shaped electrode 203b of the third IDT 203 are connected to the first balanced signal terminal 212. A second split comb-shaped electrode 203c and the fifth IDT 205 are connected to the second balanced signal terminal 213.
