PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine, inhibiting an air-fuel ratio variation due to an alcohol concentration from erroneously reflecting on an air-fuel ratio learning value. SOLUTION: The control device of the internal combustion engine for controlling the internal combustion engine supplied with alcohol-containing fuel, after performing estimation of an alcohol concentration even when not determining fuel supply, removes a difference of an air-fuel ratio due to a variation of the alcohol concentration from the air-fuel ratio learning value reflected with difference of the air-fuel ratio due to the variation of the alcohol concentration and performs fuel control based on a proper air-fuel ratio. Further, at the estimation of an alcohol concentration when not determining fuel supply, by changing an air-fuel ratio learning value for correcting a fuel injection amount to an air-fuel ratio learning value at the estimation of an alcohol concentration when determining fuel supply, accuracy of the alcohol concentration estimation is improved.
