PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-speed pulse processor, capable of preventing efficiency degradation of control systems, suppressing errors due to sampling, and enhancing the detection accuracy of vehicle-speed pulse number and own vehicle position for improving reliability by transmitting information of vehicle speed pulse, without imposing load on in-vehicle buses. SOLUTION: A first clock counter 4, a second clock counter 5, and a second latch 6 are connected in series, as time measuring means of inter-pulse time t for measuring an elapsed time between vehicle speed pulses.
