PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bagging and packaging method whereby items positioned and packaged can be taken out as they are, and to provide a bag packaged article, in which items are packaged in a bag in such a state. SOLUTION: Items 1 to 5 are positioned and bagged using a package bag 6 provided with a notch 9, which is formed in an edge 7 of the packaging bag 6 corresponding to the item filling zone 8 of the packaging bag 6 for packing with the items 1 to 5 and which is used for tearing the packaging bag 6 in a direction intersecting the edge 7. Since the items are bagged in the edge 7 using the packaging bag 6 with the notch 9 thus provided, the packaging bag 6 as a bag packaged article 10 is torn along the edge 7 of the bag 6 with hands so that the bag 6 is torn open from the notch 9. Thereby, the packaging bag 6 is torn passing through the filling zone 8 for the items 1 to 5.
