The invention relates to a fuel distribution system (10) for vehicles (19) bound to harbors (12), particularly aviation aircrafts (16). As algae (59) need carbon dioxide for photosynthesis and nitrogen dioxide for their growth they can be fed by exhaust gases being generated in fossil fuel power plants (112).
