PURPOSE: A synchronization device between a plurality of codec chip and a method of the same are provided to enable a image/video of storing per time, thereby conveniently searching for synchronization of multiple video/voice. CONSTITUTION: A first conversion unit(110) converts an external synchronization signal. A reference counter(120) performs reference count for synchronization signal.
