<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video output device capable of further reducing the deterioration in composite quality of secondary video in compositing a part of a sub-image data to main image data. <P>SOLUTION: The video output device 1 connectable to a display device 3 includes: a CPU 14 for acquiring primary data; the CPU 14 for acquiring secondary data having a first region indicating a first image and a second region indicating a second image; the CPU 14 for detecting a boundary between the first region and the second region of the acquired secondary data; the CPU 14 for converting the secondary data based on the boundary detected by the CPU 14; the CPU 14 for compositing at least a part of the converted secondary data to the acquired primary data to generate composite image data; and the CPU 14 for outputting the composite image data to the display device 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
