<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fill valve capable of preventing damage of a rectifying part in a nozzle and reliably carrying out center alignment of a valve hole of the nozzle and a valve body of a valve body. <P>SOLUTION: The fill valve 1 includes a hollow nozzle 10 and the valve body 20 inserted reciprocably in the nozzle 10. The rectifying part 22 is provided in the state in which the rectifying part is not in contact with the nozzle 10 or the valve body 20.
