SLIDING MEMBER AND SLIDING METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-friction sliding member having excellent wearing resistance in a sliding member and for stably exhibiting excellent friction characteristic throughout sliding, and to provide a sliding method.

SOLUTION: In the sliding member coated with a diamond-like carbon material in a sliding part thereof and to be slid under existence of a lubricant, the lubricant includes a basic oil, amine salt of alkyl phosphate and/or amine salt of alkyl phosphite. The lubricant further includes the basic oil and/or a thickener.
