<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a pair of rail members oppositely arranged in a slide door in parallel by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A parallel holding structure includes the pair of rail members oppositely arranged with a prescribed space in the slide door and projecting a guide rail to the inside, a slider slidably fitted to the pair of guide rails, and a wire harness extending from a vehicle body side to an electric appliance in the slide door via the slider. Integrated type resin holding members inserting and locking terminal parts opposed to the pair of the rail members to hold the pair of rail members in parallel are fitted at both ends of length directions of the pair of rail members. In the holding members, rail member insertion grooves having openings of the same shapes as end face shapes in the terminal parts of the rail members are provided at opposed positions with a prescribed space.
