<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove HDD immediately and to perform a removable correspondence even under a state of conducting a post-treatment for a body. <P>SOLUTION: A post-treatment control program is stored in a semiconductor memory, and the power supply is separated from the one of power supply HDD control system for the semiconductor memory. The communication function for making a post-treatment control communication with the body is activated through the power supply driving of the semiconductor memory control system.
