<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to get a vacuum layer easily since the clearance between a metal or a synthetic resin board, carried out vacuum packing, can be used as the vacuum layer as both sound isolation and heat insulation. <P>SOLUTION: A spacer is placed between two synthetic resin boards, which is put into one bag of aluminum laminate film and its inside is made to the vacuum. It is a thin light vacuum sound isolation heat insulation panel. Metal or synthetic resin boards are combined using the bag of the aluminum laminate film 1 and the vacuum layer can be made easily by putting the spacer in-between.
