PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate an external generator and an external component by the rotation obtained by repulsion and attraction forces between permanent magnet magnetic fields and without requiring any external energy. SOLUTION: In the rotation shaft utilizing a magnetic field of a permanent magnet, the circular arc of the permanent magnet magnetic fields is utilized and the side slip caused by the repulsion and attraction forces between the permanent magnet magnetic fields is utilized. Also, the angle of the permanent magnet of a base rotation board is selected so as to be 60°. Further, the angles of a cylinder piston and the position of a valve are selected so as to be 70°. Moreover, the total of guide base angles is selected so as to exist within 360°. Furthermore, the upper dead point of the permanent magnets facing each other is selected so as to be not smaller than 1°and be 6°within the scope of the maximum operation angle in the magnetic fields of respective permanent magnets.
