PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging processor and imaging device, capable of generating an output image subjected to AWB correction processing without damaging detection accuracy of a tracking object. SOLUTION: An image processing part 6a includes: a WB correcting part 60 for performing WB correction processing of an input image; an image adjusting part 61 for performing various adjustment processing of an image output from the WB correcting part 60 to generate an output image; a tracking image-adjusting part 62 for performing various adjustment processing of the input image to generate a tracking image; and a tracking processing part 63 for detecting a tracking object from the tracking image generated by the tracking image-adjusting part 62.
