PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a connection structure of vibrator, which bonds an oscillator to a substrate with high adhesive strength without lowering an oscillation characteristic of the oscillator, does not cause short circuit even after connection on a narrow and small surface corresponding to downsizing of equipment, and electrically connects the oscillator to the substrate; an oscillator provided with the connection structure; and an oscillator package. SOLUTION: The connection structure of a vibrator electrically connects an electrode connection part which bonds the vibrator comprising vibrating reeds on the substrate and is provided on the vibrator to a connection terminal provided on the substrate. An end part surface of one of the vibrators is an adhesion area with the substrate and, inside the adhesion area, adhesion parts extended along a longitudinal direction of the vibrating reeds are arranged in parallel to the extended direction of the adhesion parts, the vibrating reeds are bonded onto the substrate by the adhesion part, and the electrode connection part and the connection terminal are electrically connected via a connection conductive part.
