PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicable temperature-sensitive water-absorbing polymer composition which makes a water-absorbing polymer into an applicable form to apply to various uses. SOLUTION: The applicable temperature-sensitive water-absorbing polymer composition is obtained by uniformly dispersing an N-substituted acrylamide based temperature-sensitive water-absorbing polymer in an organic solvent having a dielectric constantεrof less than 4.8 in the presence of a glycerin ester based surface active agent having an ammonium alkyl sulfonate and a polyoxyethylene chain.
