PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device including an optical element that is not affected by the optical characteristic or internal constitution. SOLUTION: The imaging device (10) includes an imaging element (22) for photoelectrically converting incident subject light, an optical low-pass filter (23) arranged on the subject side of the imaging element, an optical element (24) arranged on the subject side of the optical low-pass filter, and a vibration generating means (27) for vibrating the optical element by application of voltage.
