PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a battery unit, capable of using electrolyte solution without waste and quickly permeating the same, since it takes time for the solution to permeate due to changes of its composition and volume, when it is poured. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the battery unit provided with a switching part, a sealed vessel for housing the battery unit having an open face for the electrolyte solution to be poured, a decompression means, and a collecting part equipped with a cooling part for collecting the electrolyte solution, the inside of the sealed vessel is decompressed, and the electrolyte solution evaporated is collected on an electrolyte collecting plate at an open face side of the battery outer package case, whereby the electrolyte solution can be used without waste, and can be made to permeate quickly.
