PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a favorable luminous coated yarn covered on the periphery thereof a resin mixed with a luminous material powder, and to provide a luminous coating device. SOLUTION: There is provided a luminous coating device 1, sending out a yarn Y1 to supply into a box 11, in which a resin J mixed with powders of a luminous material T is filled, so as to cover the periphery of the yarn Y1 with the resin J mixed with the luminous material powder, uniforming with a nozzle device 13, heating with a heating device 15, and further, sending out with the sending out device 21 and winding with a winding device 27, wherein, a yarn modifying means 43 for easily attaching the resin on the yarn Y1 is set in front of the box 11, the nozzle device 13 is set to be passed therethrough, at the upper side in the box 11 set at the lower side, and the heating means 15 is set at the upper side in the box 11.
