PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial composition and an antibacterial resin composition that are prevented from or reduced in discoloration while exhibiting excellent antibacterial properties, permit the suppression of the added amount of an antibacterial agent when used in the manufacture of a molded product (commodity) to reduce the manufacturing cost, are prepared with excellent productivity rate, hardly exert bad influences on the external appearances of the molded product and are prevented from deterioration in antibacterial effects, and to provide a molded product. SOLUTION: The antibacterial composition includes an organic silver antibacterial composition and a coloration-preventing agent.
