PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding mechanism that prevents a rotating shaft from acting as an antenna causing an EMI (electromagnetic interference) by surely grounding the rotating shaft of a roller. SOLUTION: The grounding mechanism includes: a first spring portion 10a provided with a projection 10c in contact with the end surface of a first end of the rotating shaft 22; a second spring portion 10b in contact with a bearing 21; and a base portion 10d connecting the first spring portion 10a and the second spring portion 10b to a frame 3, so as to ground these members.
