PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slid rail device for a vehicle for facilitating easy manufacturing and assembling operation as the slide rail device for the vehicle by improving a locking device which is easily manufactured at lower cost and increased in locking strength. SOLUTION: In the locking device, locking members 32, 32 are inserted to a lock attaching holes of a holding plate 31 from both side face sides to fit a recessed part and a projecting part with each other. Then, as the locking members 32, 32 are rockably attached to the holding plate 31, a holding spring is gripped and suspended between the locking members 32, 32 for preventing fall-off. The locking members 32, 32 are energized to locking positions by an energizing spring 34 of which both ends are formed to be a substantial U-shape for energizing the respective locking members 32, 32 and attaching their center parts to the holding plate 31 by engaging the center part with a notch.
