PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in an underfloor storage type lift, a main-arm and a sub-arm intersect with each other on both sides of a floor plate to be a loading space, and therefore there is a risk from the viewpoint of safety, and the width of the loading space of the floor plate cannot be widened, and the additional problem that when the floor plate is made long by focusing attention on a point that it is suitable for loading/unloading a long object in a mechanism of the lift, the storage of the floor plate is adversely affected and there is a restriction of the strength due to the long hole grooves for a guide on both sides. SOLUTION: In the structure of the floor plate, the strength is secured by an L-material on both sides, the floor plates B, C are made long with a two-sheet folding type. When loading/unloading a cargo, usually, a worker D can stand by avoiding the intersection places of the arms K, J by getting on the second plate C, safety is improved, the storage height is cleared even when being folded, and working efficiency is improved. Furthermore, the lift can be easily raised higher than the floor surface A of the loading space floor because of the structure and a safety guard can be configured by upraising the second floor plate as a safety measure when working at a high altitude.
