PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer for emulsion combustion sufficiently mixing liquid fuel and water into an emulsion shape without using a surfactant or reduced water, and a mixed liquid supply system for the emulsion combustion using it. SOLUTION: The mixer 10 for the emulsion combustion includes a roughly cylindrical tubular part 12, and an agitator 14 disposed on the inner side of the tubular part 12 so as to separate the inner side of the tubular part 12 into the side of an entrance end 12A and the side of an exit end 12B and also provided with a plurality of through-holes 14A communicated with the side of the entrance end 12A and the side of the exist end 12B. The tubular part 12 includes an exit side reduced diameter tapered part 12C disposed more on the side of the exit end 12B than the agitator 14 in such a shape that the inner diameter is reduced from the side of the entrance end 12A to the side of the exit end 12B, and an exit side inner peripheral groove part 12D formed along the circumferential direction on the inner peripheral surface more on the side of the exit end 12B than the exit side reduced diameter tapered part 12C.
