Provided is a solar battery device and a solar battery module that can suppress cutdowns in output, when there are cracks being produced on the solar battery device. In order to achieve this, the solar battery device is provided with a substrate that has a photoelectric conversion section; a plurality of first electrodes installed on a main face of aforementioned substrate, in mutual segregation; and crack guiding sections that are installed in areas positioned between pairs of first electrodes that are adjacent to each other, among aforementioned plurality of first electrodes, when aforementioned substrate is viewed as a planar view or a planar perspective view from aforementioned main face side, and that are to guide the positions of the cracks to be produced on the substrate, when loads are applied to the substrate. |
