<p>A rear leg (50) of a seat cushion (10) is provided with a second lock mechanism (80) for locking pivoting of the rear leg (50) relative to a vehicle floor (100). A seat can be selectively set to a stowed state in which the seat is stowed in a seat stowing recess (100A) by disengaging the second lock mechanism (80) and to a use state in which the seat is out of the seat stowing recess (100A). An intermediate link (40) for enabling the adjustment of the position of the seat cushion (10) in the front-rear direction is connected between the rear leg (50) and the seat cushion (10). The intermediate link (40) is provided with an angle lock mechanism (90) for selectively locking the position of rocking in the front-rear direction of the seat cushion (10). The stowable seat is provided with an angle lock disengaging means for disengaging the angle lock mechanism (90). The position in the front-rear direction of the seat cushion (10) can be adjusted by disengaging the angle lock mechanism (90) by the angle lock disengaging means.</p>
