The part has an outer cap (140) comprising an opening in a longitudinal axle direction for receiving and fixing a sensor (200) i.e. coil sensor. The outer cap passes into an inner cap (150) that is closed in a direction of the body. A sensor element part is immersed into the inner cap in an adjustable manner in the axle direction as a mechatronic flow measuring device. The inner cap material and inner cap dimension are provided in an optimized manner related to a sensor device functional principle. A fitting unit is provided for receiving an open end of the inner cap. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a sleeve type plastic movement body with a sealing surface (2) a method for manufacturing a sensor.
