THIN FILM TRANSISTOR ARRAY PANEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A thin film transistor display panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to make the thickness of a lower conductive layer 40~300Å, thereby reducing resistance of a signal line and preventing defects of the signal line due to reaction with another layer under the signal line. CONSTITUTION: The first signal line is formed on a substrate(110). The first signal line comprises the first lower conductive layer and the first upper conductive layer on the first lower conductive layer. The first upper conductive layer comprises copper. The thickness of the first lower conductive layer is thicker than 40Å and narrower than 300Å.
