<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell module capable of maintaining fine performance of a power converter and efficiently supplying power, and to provide a fuel-cell-carrying vehicle equipped with the fuel cell module. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell module 12 includes a fuel cell stack 16 which receives supply of a reactant gas to generate power through an electrochemical reaction, the power converter 17 which converts generated power from the fuel cell stack 16, and a case 18 housing the fuel cell stack 16 and the power converter 17.
