<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a plurality of power sources to an LSI to supply a voltage required each for a circuit block, to minimize power consumption with maintaining information processing capacity required for the LSI, to reduce the number of wiring required for supplying the power sources as much as possible, and to suppress increase of chip area of the LSI and deterioration of performance of signal wiring caused by supplying two kinds of power source. <P>SOLUTION: In an LSI to which two kinds of power source is supplied, a density of wiring for a power source with higher voltage is set to be higher than that for a power supply with lower voltage. Thereby, by selecting a power source that supplies a voltage according to the performance of a circuit block, unnecessary power is suppressed with keeping the information amount processed in the LSI high, and the power consumption is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
